1895
21 year old Christian Cederroth founded Cederroths Tekniska Fabrik in Sweden.
1923
The Antacid Samarin, was launched on the Swedish market.

1955
The first international subsidiary was founded in Finland.

1991
The American company Alberto- Culver, acquired Cederroth International.
1998
Acquisition of Pharbio Medical International AB (natural pharmaceuticals).

1995

Mölnlycke Toiletries was acquired. Through this, Cederroth International's product range was broadened into personal care and household products.

2004
Acquisition of the Danish company Paramedical and the trademark LongoVital.

Acquisition of the trademark Vitaplex.

2000
Acqusition of the Polish company Soraya (skin care products).

1947
The manufacturing and sale of Salvekvick plasters began in Sweden.
  1959-1960
The company's sales outside of Scandinavia increased dramatically

 

Cederroth International's Future

Cederroth International will further strengthen its position as one of the leading consumer package goods companies in the Nordic Area, as well as in prioritised countries in Central and Eastern Europe. This includes strengthened relationships with customers, distributors and suppliers. It also includes a continued focus on successful brands through well thought out marketing.

Cederroth International will continue to grow through established products and through company acquisitions. New products will be developed at an even faster rate. The development of the sales organisation will continue in order to cater for increased market demand, and a sustained effort will be applied within personnel and organisational development.
