History
HTH revolutionized skin care when it was launched in 1970.
The formula is based on scientific research carried out by professor and dermatologist Gunnar Swanbeck in collaboration with the pharmaceutical company Pharmacia. Clinical tests showed that a combination of urea and lactic acid helps dry skin to normalize, an combination that was patented.
HTH – contains the skin’s own ingredients
Urea and lactic acid are found in the outer layers of the skin are natural moisturising factors (NMFs). HTH was the first cosmetic product to restore moisture – not fat - to the skin.
HTH today and in the future
All HTH products are based on different combinations of natural moisture-binding ingredients and today a whole line of HTH products is available for different needs and occasions, all with special qualities. All HTH products are free of colour additives and preservatives. The series also contains unscented products. HTH can be found at your local grocery store or Apoteket.
A common denominator for all HTH products is that they help the skin to find a moisture balance. The fact that the product is produced in our own production plant in Falun in the heart of Sweden is also good – for balance in nature.
