First dietary supplement with vitamins, minerals and omega-3 – all in one capsule New Multiplex All in One is the first dietary supplement on the Swedish market to contain an adult’s daily recommended vitamin and mineral requirements as well as healthy serving of omega-3.

Most Swedes today are aware of the importance of a balanced diet. Now they can get all the vitamins, minerals and omega-3 they need, without having to take a lot of different capsules every day.

All in One provides you with the daily requirements of 12 vitamins and 7 minerals, containing many of the vitamins and minerals that every adult needs on a daily basis. Furthermore, each capsule contains 500 mg of high concentrate fish oil providing 280 mg omega-3. All In One is the first dietary supplement to contain all these vitamins, minerals and fatty acids in one and the same capsule.

Our consumer surveys show that most Swedes find the field of health foods to be complex. They are looking for simplicity and would prefer to just take one tablet to cover all their daily dietary supplements,” said Lisa Beijergård, nutritionist at R&D Health Care, Cederroth International.

Omega-3 helps strengthen cells in the body’s tissue and organs. These healthy fats help keep the body and metabolism in balance. All adults who eat fish less than three times a week are recommended to take a supplement containing these healthy fatty acids. A daily dose of omega-3 is especially important for pregnant women as it promotes healthy development of the fetus’s nerve system. Fatty acids are also important for women who are breastfeeding as they are transferred to the child via the breast milk.

All in One contains, among other things, a full daily requirement of vitamin D in the form of D3, the type of vitamin D that is utilized best by the body. A recent study carried out in the U.S. demonstrated that “Vitamin D is among the most important vitamins.”* The main source of vitamin D is sunlight, something that people living in Sweden get too little of for large parts of the year.

All in One replaces All in One Woman, All in One Man and All in One 50+, in which the daily requirements of vitamins, minerals and omega-3 were packaged as three capsules in one bag. All in One is now available in supermarkets and grocery stores. Each package contains supplements for one month (30 capsules) and the recommended price is SEK 105. All in One is free from lactose, gluten, sugar, artificial sweeteners and peanut oil.

Fast facts about omega-3

Omega-3 is a fatty acid - a type of fat. Fat is a necessity for the body and is used as energy, energy reserves or building blocks. Omega-3 is an unsaturated fat and is important both as a source of energy and as a building block for the body. It helps the maintain the body’s balance and has a positive effect on many functions, including the heart, blood vessels, circulation, muscles, metabolism, elasticity of the skin, etc.

The recommended daily intake of omega-3 fat is approximately 2-3 grams per day for an adult, corresponding to 50-100 g of fatty fish per day. For those who don’t eat a lot of fish, a dietary supplement is beneficial. Fish oil in the fish-oil capsules is purified to remove heavy metals and environmental toxins, which means that fish oil is often much purer than the fish we eat.
